Lg parking is part of sure parking at Gatwick, I use both of them when I park at Gatwick.its a few minutes walk to departures, they've moved from the north terminal car park 5 to the 4 th floor on car park 6. Make sure you phone them when you’ve got your luggage & then go to carpark 6 on 4th floor. I’ll be back

Could be better. Not very well received on arrival !! Long wait on return but that was due to accident so couldnt be helped , was kept informed on waiting time. Would probably use again if price is right.

Good communication throughout especially when we had to extend the time by 3 days due to cancellation of our return flight due to a technical problem with NATS. The car was ready for collecting on time.

Overall good- we had a really long wait on arrival which was frustrating as we were up against it timewise. We called giving 20mins notice and still waiting a further 40mins on arrival. Communication was good when we returned.. our flight had issues and the company was closing at midnight so they left the keys in a safe place for us to collect.

You have to park in short stay by the payment meters then on way out you’ve got to pay the £10.99 both ways, if you struggle to walk it’s better if the company you use stops off on main stop off point to just cross the bridge into departures! struggle to understand the phone conversation if i’m honest!

Service was good and we didn’t have to wait very long to be dropped off and be picked up from airport. I think the £20 extra fee should be added already on the price so we know exactly the amount we are paying from the first page.

Meet and greet I thought meant meeting at the airport then you take car and bring back after but it wasn’t so not what I expected but on positive bus was very comfy and got us there in good time, car was alarm running when arrived back so was nice n warm when we got in x overall very good

Great service from start to finish. Clear instructions on dropping the car off, WCP arrived less than 5 minutes after and we were off on holidays. On return, WCP had sent us a text message already saying they were ready to return. This service is much better value for money than the airport car parks and I’ll certainly be using it again. Great service, Picked up car on time and driver was waiting for us to arrive as we called in 20 mins as requested. Could improve returning part of the service as we have to wait for 40-50 mins to get it returned. Drivers were great and polite, no issues with them.

It was a very speedy service, went smoothly from turning up and dropping off the keys to getting taken to the airport. The bus was already sitting waiting upon our return to take us back. It does drop you at holiday inn express and you walk through but it is a short walk across and that's where you are collected from.

This is my first time parking, while dropping for due to an incident in M4 I was delayed by an hour, team waited patiently and picked up the vehicle. Return also it was very easy I called them while waiting for baggage before I reach pick up area my car was brought there. Thanks for your service.

Once you have navigated the complicated route on Stansted Airport to the actual drop-off point (not the responsibility of SC Parking), the parking procedure is very easy, and on collection, I received my car within twenty minutes of the arranged phone call after landing. There were other families using the same collection point with different parking suppliers who had been waiting for over one hour and longer for their vehicles. Thank you SC Parking for an excellent service.

I don't understand why we still had to give money to the driver before getting taken to airport. 2 of us travelled & was charged £10 for both ways. Single lady beside us had to pay £12 for both ways! Even though parking had been paid when booked online.
