Service good although telephone line is unclear and difficult to hear on the 4 occasions that I needed to communicate. Also website needs updating as for Stansted ots now £13 in and out NOT £10 as stated.

When we arrived it was all a bit chaotic cars everywhere and no clear instructions. We found the attendant and he was very nice polite kind and helpful which made me feel a bit better. Whilst we were waiting for our transfer a family came back and started arguing about their mileage change. The attendant explained this is just a drop off and pick up site and the car had been moved to a different location which was explained in our booking info. I couldn’t hear how much their mileage had increased by but the conversation got very heated and I did start to worry again. On return I couldn’t get through to the company for collection. 4/5 calls later they finally answered but it was very difficult to hear and I did not understand the location pick up. I called back a few times as I couldn’t find the location and it was clear the man was getting frustrated with me wheb he exclaimed find it yourself and if you arnt there we won’t collect you and then hung up on me. I started to get very concerened again especially after a 10 hour flight and over 24 hours of being awake. We located the collection site and were taken back to the car park. Everything was fine with my car. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired following the argument we whitenesses and the unwillingness to help when we were struggling to locate the collection point. But my car was returned in exactly the same condition it was left and everything was fine. Overall our experience was fine.

They were very professional, and even though my flight arrived at 11:30 PM and delays were possible, they were professional and waited for me until my flight arrived at 12:20 AM. As soon as I called...They arrived in less than 5 minutes.

Friendly staff and no issues at all. A lot of SMG/Smart Park's bad and 1 star reviews are for rogue companies using very similar business names. SMG/Smart Park's responses on Trust Pilot clarify this and put my mind at ease. I will happily use this service again.

I didn’t realise I had to pay to exit the car park cost £8. Also the directions to drop off my car weren’t very clear. This should all be made clear at the time of booking.

Everything as expected. Smooth service and polite staff, exactly what was advertised. It is some 10 minutes away for Gatwick, and we were lucky to fly at non-busy times, I guess it could get stressful if there is a lot of people, but it worked perfectly for us. Thanks!

We arrived at the park, paid the drop off fee and were taking straight to the terminal within a couple of minutes. On return I collected my bags and called them. As I arrived at the pick up point the driver text to say he was arriving. It could not of been more efficient. My car was waiting for me ready to leave and in the same condition I left it. Very happy with the service would definitely use again.

A little difficult to find the people running Bee Parking - signage very poor. Had to make two calls to get location on site. After this, drop off and collection was good. Will use again!

Swift service to and from the airport. Easy registration. Friendly and helpful staff. The only problem I found was my car was parked under a tree for 3 days so it was covered in bird poop all over which was really hard to clean. I wish it was parked somewhere else

Please be aware that you have to pay £8 for entry and another £8 for exit so it is an additional £16 to the original quote. Also there was a long wait atleast half an hour for the car to be brought back.

Good service but it was not clear on having to pay more money to get out of the car park. In return we had to pay an additional £10 to exit the car park and this was not included in our upfront payment.

We called the number listed 30 minutes before arrival and it was answered. They confirmed the registration and knew to expect us. Upon arrival we went to the reception and handed over the key and confirmed the details. They gave us a slip with a number on to ring when we returned back. They asked what terminal we needed and we got into a minibus with another traveller. We were dropped off at our terminal. On return we rang the number given to us once we had left luggage reclaim. First time there was no answer. I waited 5 minutes and then rang again, this time it was answered. He asked to confirm registration and said they would be over within 20 minutes. He then gave instruction about where to go but it was slightly difficult to understand due to volume and accent. I gathered we would be picked up where we were dropped off (the bus stop) and that is where he arrived. We got on the minibus which then went to the other terminal to drop off some passengers already on board before returning back to the parking lot. We were given our key back and went back to our car to leave. Our return flight was 2 hours delayed so it was good that this didn't effect anything or incur any charge. The car had been used to move spaces within the car park but we had noted the mileage on arrival and it had not gone any more than half a mile (moving spaces). The car was quite dirty when we returned to it as the car park is surrounded by trees and evidently quite a few birds.. but that's just nature. Other than slight communication problem and dirtiness of car, I can't fault the service! Would happily use again.
