Everything was very good except having to pay a extra £13 for the transfer this is not on the site when you book this also makes it about the same price as other sites which r closer to the airport

No issues on drop off but on way back, rang to tell them we've arrived and took 45 minutes to deliver the car which meant we were waiting on the cold car park for about 20 minutes.

Hi, I like the service, but I must express my disappointment that I had to miss my flight due to not leaving the park on time. However, there have been some changes to my flight plan, and I need someone to attend to me as soon as possible. I would be returning back to the UK on the 16th of February, 2026, which is Monday, at 5:40am UK time. I would like to be picked up from the South Terminal at Gatwick Airport.

The entire process was completely seamless! No waiting, no hassle, no drama. Dropped the car off right outside the terminal, and collection was immediate about a 2 min walk from the terminal on return. Highly recommended

System of dropping off the car and arriving back to Luton airport and having the car brought back, was easy and hassle free. Its good that the area where the car is brought to/collected from is under cover. Will definitely use again.

Easy to book and great directions to parking area. quick efficient check in and a short walk undercover into terminal 2. car a little slower to be returned on my arrival back into the UK Probably felt longer than it actualy was. car had been well looked after and was clean. all staff encountered were excelent. Would deffinatley use them again.

good timing, didn't keep us waiting, friendly guys. I hadn't read the small print so hadn't realised I had to pay the car park fee so that added an extra £16 to the cost but it was still cheaper than the big operators. There is a lot of publicity about dodgy meet and greet services at the moment but I Park Ltd were faultless.

We booked through the compareyourparking service and were allocated to a parking company which we did not select and had the most awful reviews. However, we need not have worried because our experience with Tidy was smooth and efficient with friendly service. They were readily available at the end of the phone, drop off and pickup was prompt and polite.

Brilliant speedy service. Driver was waiting upon drop off and car was ready on return. Very professional service. Car came back clean so was clear not parked in middle of a field. In and out parking fee included.
