The staff were very helpful and polite. I did not have to wait too long for the shuttle bus in either direction. Also, the price was very good. There really was nothing to fault.

The guy who looked after the vehicle was great. He was personable and responsive. One of the better meet and greet experiences I’ve had, a lot more organised than the others I’ve used. Would recommend.

I can’t really fault the experience I had with Rose Parking, the only negative was on pick up of my car they were a few minutes later than they said they would be but it was a bust time of day and it wasn’t too much longer. No problems with the car itself and the price was a good one. I’d certainly use them again.

We followed the instructions given to us via email when we booked. There was an operative waiting at the car drop off point so the car was instantly handed over. On our return, again we followed the instruction. Our car pulled up at the collection point as we got there. Perfect timing. The service did everything we desired.

Honestly, the service was everything I wanted, and they delivered perfectly without any hiccups, delays or confusion. Drop off - Flawless Pick up - Flawless I appreciate the pick up parking cost being included/paid for also. some companies give you your car back, and then give you a ticket to pay for parking on exit. But not these guys! nice touch. So yeah, I think cost wise it was fine, and service, no problems, so 5 stars

Really good service. Coming home, especially, was a breeze. I'd put my flight details in when I initially applied, but on the way home, our flight was delayed. However, when our flight landed and I rang them, they knew my flight had landed and the bus was waiting for us.

Positive experience. Instructions were easy to follow. Service on way to airport was excellent. Really engaging driver. Service on way home was ok. 4 rather than 5 stars due to issues I'm sure they would acknowledge (and talk about) with car park location. Very bumpy uneven ground and no toilet.

Really easy to book, a little ‘round the houses’ getting there, but fine in the end. Once arrived at the yard very swift journey to the terminal. A bit of a wait when we had arrived back in the UK, but not too bad. All in all, excellent value and service and will definitely use again. Thank you.

All telephone operators and staff are very nice and helpful, however the waiting time to get the car returned to the terminal was exceptionally long especially late at night.

We arrived slightly early to our booked slot. But the staff didn't seem to mind. They were very informative, gave us clear instructions and were pleasant. On return, we only waited about 15 minutes for them to fetch my car before we were ready to leave. The car was just as I left it and we were very happy to use such an easy service

Overall, it was a good service ;the instructions about where to drop it off exactly when you arrive at the Orange car park could’ve been made a bit clearer, but this was told to me on the phone but I needed to ask. Meeting time for departure was as stated. On return when I called, I was told it would be 50 minutes as iI was busy , not 30 minutes which was a bit annoying, but it did arrive on the 50 minutes. Friendly, easy to do.

Both drop-off and collection was seamless, and I was aware of the additional parking fee in advance. Both agents were pleasant and polite, and arrived at the time agreed. The pricing was competitive and the meet and greet option is very convenient. My only feedback would be to disclose how far the car parks are away from the terminal, as once again I feel the additional mileage added suggests the vehicle was also used for other purposes and not going directly to the car park on the day of drop-off.

Smooth drop off and pickup procedure. Polite staff. No issues faced at all. Outbound, dropped off car, they dropped me at the terminal (departures) . On return, called them once cleared immigration, was picked up promptly from same spot (departures) , taken back to car park where car was ready.
